- Overtime may be available based on business needs, and the schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least one year of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- A strong attention to detail is essential to ensure quality product standards with no defects.
- The candidate should be comfortable using simple hand and machine tools and following established procedures.
- Experience in deburring, surface preparation, and working with aluminum parts is highly desirable.
- The successful individual will be proactive in participating in continuous improvement plans and audits.
