- The Production Scheduler will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the flow of products through the complete production cycle. - This role involves reviewing open sales orders to determine customer requirements and coordinating the delivery of parts to meet production schedules. - The successful candidate will utilize MRP systems to auto-generate manufacturing work orders and release component production work orders to the warehouse. - The position requires coordination between the warehouse and purchasing departments to address material shortages. - The Production Scheduler will also be responsible for notifying sales teams of any schedule impacts to customers and completing status reports on production progress and materials inventory.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes and the ability to maximize the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. - Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with both internal and external customers. - Proficiency in computer systems and software applications is required, with a preference for candidates familiar with ERP or MRP software. - Previous experience in production planning within a related industry will be beneficial for success in this role. - A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary for consideration.
