- A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required, along with 3-4 years of relevant HR experience.
- The ideal candidate should have experience managing data in HRIS systems, with a strong emphasis on using Workday.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are essential, particularly the ability to translate materials from English to Chinese.
- Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer service orientation.
