✨ About The Role
- The Sr. Manager, Program Planning will be responsible for developing and maintaining the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using MS Project.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as STEM, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, with significant professional experience in Program Management and/or Program Planning & Scheduling.
- A successful candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in the industry, demonstrating expertise in managing complex programs and leading teams.
- Strong analytical skills are essential, particularly in conducting detailed analysis of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and ensuring compliance with government requirements.
- The candidate should have prior experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and the Integrated Product Development System (IPDS).
- Excellent communication skills are necessary for effectively conveying schedule status and analysis results to various stakeholders, including program managers and senior management.
