✨ About The Role
- The Operations Planner will be responsible for planning and preparing production schedules for manufacturing industrial or commercial products.
- This role involves monitoring assembly completion based on the production planning schedule and establishing the sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates.
- The planner will analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
- The position requires planning and scheduling workflow for each department and operation according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
- The planner will also confer with department supervisors to determine the status of assigned projects and expedite operations that delay schedules.

- A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in any field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential for this role.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems such as E1, JDE, or SAP is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of not having any disciplinary cases within the past year and should not be under a Performance Improvement Plan.
