- Responsible for preparing and processing raw materials and finished goods under supervision
- Operating manufacturing equipment, ensuring safety guidelines are followed, and production goals are met
- Learning different types of mattresses produced and their configurations
- Handling foam staging, including unloading inbound pallets and stacking foam
- Detecting and reporting defective materials or questionable conditions

- Experience in manufacturing material handling, preferably in a similar industry
- Ability to operate a forklift and handle raw materials efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with team members
