- The Manufacturing Engineer will lead department layouts and process flows to optimize site performance. - This role involves establishing and maintaining business standards such as Robot Program and Fixture Change Management. - The engineer will implement best practices for material handling and storage to improve efficiency. - The position requires working cross-functionally to identify problems and recommend solutions. - The engineer will be responsible for improving processes to increase throughput and reduce changeover times.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Welding, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Material Science Engineering, or a related field. - A minimum of 2 years of world-class manufacturing experience in a high-volume metal fabrication environment is essential. - The candidate should have experience as a manufacturing process owner for at least 2 years. - Strong technical and analytical skills are necessary to lead projects and processes related to equipment. - The successful individual will be comfortable managing multiple large projects with aggressive deadlines.
