Technology is a critical pillar in our next phase of growth—from ecommerce to data infrastructure to product development. We're building for scale, and we’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded and hands-on Chief Technology Officer to lead the way. The CTO will partner closely with business stakeholders to drive and execute a cohesive and scalable global technology strategy. The ideal candidate is a strategic executor and collaborative leader who can unify systems and teams to support product planning, multi-site manufacturing, global logistics and international omnichannel sales including ecommerce, retail, and wholesale operations.
Serve as a key member of the executive team, aligning technology initiatives with business goals across planning, manufacturing, ecommerce, retail, wholesale, and logistics
Lead and develop a high-performing team across engineering, product management, UX, and data, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and delivering results
Own the technology roadmap and architectural vision, ensuring a modern, integrated stack built on Shopify and SAP
Ensure our technology foundation is secure, scalable, and future-ready, including systems architecture, infrastructure, and tools
Drive innovation and continuous improvement, balancing near-term execution with long-term thinking
Maintain data infrastructure and flows that allow for real time decision making
Collaborate closely with channel leads, operations, marketing and merchandising to enable data-driven decision-making, personalization, and seamless customer experiences
Manage engineering and IT projects, KPIs, budgets, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between technical and financial performance
Oversee data security and liaise with the audit committee on related topics
Ensure sound vendor selection, contract negotiation, and oversight of third-party technology partners
Roll up your sleeves when needed, diving into details without losing the strategic thread
Proven experience scaling technology at a global company in a senior leadership role (CTO, CIO, VP or Head of Technology). Direct to consumer or retail experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead through change, set strategic direction, and build high-performing multidisciplinary teams (engineering, product, design, data)
Deep experience with modern ecommerce platforms (such as Shopify) and enterprise resource planning systems (such as SAP), including the integration of ERP, retail, and digital commerce technologies into a cohesive ecosystem
Experience supporting 3PLs, retail store systems, and wholesale business models
Strong business acumen and communication skills—able to translate tech into business value with a collaborative, partnership driven approach to working with cross functional teams

$350,000 - $425,000 annually
Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
