Position Summary, Responsibilities, and Expectations:
- Work closely with R&D team, US PE, China PE, and Quality teams to ensure the new product is easy to manufacture
- Drives manufacturing improvements through inline defects, repair and RMA returns
- Reports and drives supplier quality, in-process quality control and outgoing quality issues in a timely manner
- Ensure factory capacity (equipment, material and workforce) is in place to meet Corsair demand and resolve issue in a timely manner
- Ensures resources are in place to react to low yield events in real time once in MP phase
- Further improve the production efficiency by reducing the cycle time
- Locate in Shenzhen area to daily visit suppliers
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance or equivalent
- Very good understanding of consumer electronics as a requirement, sim racing product is a plus
- Product Engineering or Quality experience at least five years
- Excellent English verbal and written skills
