✨ About The Role
- The Manufacturing Supervisor will lead a manufacturing team to achieve daily production targets and drive relentless improvement and innovation projects
- Responsibilities include organizing and motivating the team, setting and maintaining processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- The role involves applying World Class Manufacturing best practices to custom, on-demand manufacturing and implementing Lean Six Sigma and QRM methodologies
- The Manufacturing Supervisor will work closely with supply chain, product, tech, and production teams to establish new processes and drive multidisciplinary team projects
- The position reports to the Plant Manager and requires updating Quality Management System documents related to team operations
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced leader with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an applicable field, preferably in technical or operations management
- Skilled in leading teams and driving continuous improvement, with at least 2+ years of experience in a complex series production environment
- Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, or QRM methodologies and have hands-on experience implementing them
- Thrives in a fast-growing start-up environment, demonstrating a creative, can-do attitude and a proactive, independent work style
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a meticulous and organized approach to work, and the ability to inspire and drive innovation within a team
