- The Sales Operations Lead will be responsible for reporting, goal setting, and strategy for the global Small Medium Customer (SMC) team.
- This role involves supporting weekly revenue reporting and developing materials for ad hoc analyses.
- The candidate will act as a strategic partner to regional leaders, providing insights and seeking improvements in the SMC business.
- Responsibilities include optimizing books of business quarterly and supporting sales team goal setting.
- The role requires collaboration with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Data Science, Product, and Finance, to identify market opportunities.

- The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences from sales teams to business leadership.
- A strong background in data analysis is essential, with experience in SQL and/or Python being highly desirable.
- Familiarity with machine learning forecasting models will be an advantage for this role.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform tools, such as Looker and BigQuery, as well as Salesforce and CRM Analytics, is expected.
- The candidate should demonstrate strong Excel skills and have a proven track record of optimizing business processes.
