- The Operations Supervisor will lead and direct the second shift production and warehouse team members to meet quality and production standards safely and efficiently.
- The role involves engaging in production planning, team organization, and delegation to drive productivity within the plant operations.
- The supervisor will be responsible for completing all paperwork accurately and timely, including work orders.
- The position requires maintaining a presence on the production floor for a minimum of 75% of the time to ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
- The supervisor will assist in food safety and quality programs and lead department sanitation and post-operational inspections as required.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's or associate's degree and three to five years of progressively responsible experience in the food manufacturing industry.
- Proven leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to motivate and engage team members effectively.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a must for effective communication with all team members.
- The candidate should possess general knowledge of cost-effective manufacturing principles and experience in planning and supervising operations.
