✨ About The Role
- The Manager, Indirect Procurement will report to the Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement and will be responsible for day-to-day procurement activities.
- This role involves managing the RFQ and RFP processes for strategic projects in Supply Chain, IT, and Corporate Services.
- The successful candidate will lead cost-saving initiatives and process improvement projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- The position requires developing supplier scorecards and conducting quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- The role includes negotiating pricing and commercial terms in contracts while adhering to procurement policies.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Indirect Procurement, particularly within Supply Chain and IT categories, is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to build and maintain supplier relationships effectively.
- The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving and project management skills to navigate a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required for data analysis and presentation.
