- The Manager of Compliance & Inventory Control will be responsible for managing orders compliance and controlling inventory for international regions. - The role involves defining, developing, implementing, and maintaining policy and process documentation to ensure consistent practices across the supply chain. - The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Staying updated with industry regulations and ensuring compliance with retailer and wholesaler guidelines is a key responsibility. - The position requires designing and implementing a comprehensive third-party inventory control strategy to optimize inventory levels and accuracy. - Regular audits will be conducted to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. - The candidate will work closely with various departments, including Logistics, Transportation, Procurement, and Operations, to align efforts with business objectives.
