⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in product development within the cosmetics industry, with a strong emphasis on OTC drug development. - A bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a relevant scientific discipline is required, and an advanced degree is preferred. - The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of formulation, scale-up, and manufacturing processes. - Strong leadership skills are essential, as the role involves managing a team and fostering collaboration and creativity. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to convey technical information to non-technical teams. - The successful individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the complexities of cross-functional collaboration.
