- This role involves leading the end-to-end product development process for various formula development projects, including body, hair, and SPF products. - The position requires effective project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely launches with excellence. - The candidate will collaborate closely with various internal teams, including Packaging Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Product Marketing, to ensure seamless coordination throughout the product development lifecycle. - The role includes vendor management, acting as the main point of contact for formula development with contract manufacturers and fragrance houses. - The successful candidate will stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the beauty industry, sharing insights with relevant teams.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in product development within the cosmetics industry, with a strong emphasis on OTC drug development. - A bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a relevant scientific discipline is required, and an advanced degree is preferred. - The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of formulation, scale-up, and manufacturing processes. - Strong leadership skills are essential, with a proven ability to foster collaboration, creativity, and professional growth within a team. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to convey technical information to non-technical teams.
