✨ About The Role

- The Senior Buyer, Indirect Procurement will report to the Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement and focus on Visual Merchandising for NA Retailers. - This role involves conducting market research to identify and prequalify potential supply partners to meet the company's needs. - The candidate will manage the RFQ & RFP process, ensuring timely and efficient execution of projects. - Building and maintaining supplier relationships is a key responsibility, requiring strong communication skills. - The role includes supporting cost-saving initiatives aligned with business objectives through collaboration with stakeholders. - The individual will engage with cross-functional teams to enhance procurement processes and achieve operational excellence. - Negotiation on pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers will be a critical aspect of the job, adhering to procurement policies. - The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of the Indirect Procurement foundation at Sol de Janeiro.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. - A minimum of 3-5 years of procurement experience is required, showcasing a strong background in the field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is essential for data analysis and presentations. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for effective relationship building and supplier management. - The candidate should possess effective problem-solving and project management skills to navigate a dynamic work environment. - Experience in the beauty industry or Consumer Packaged Goods is preferred, indicating familiarity with the market. - The successful individual will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks. - A passion for building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams is crucial for success in this role.
