Production Support Position
This position supports the Production Manager in all services necessary for the basic operation.
Major responsibilities include the following:
- Enter all Factory PO's, update all changes to WIPs in multiple systems to ensure accurate reporting data & smooth receipt of WIP into inventory.
- Troubleshoot factory delays, shipping, and delivery issues.
- Style creation.
- Ensure all sales tools are updated and accurate.
- Special projects as required.
- Other duties may be assigned.

- Self-motivated with strong follow-up and completion skills
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment. This is driven by the ability to effectively prioritize tasks based upon the degree of urgency.
- Willing to take initiative and exercise strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy.
Education, licenses, certificates, registrations and/or experience:
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in related field.
