The Director, Quality leads the development, implementation, and oversight of company-wide quality systems to ensure products, services, and processes meet rigorous regulatory standards, customer expectations, and continuous improvement goals. This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance, minimizing risk, and building a culture of quality excellence across the organization. The quality assurance director is also responsible, in coordination with Legal and Corporate Communication, to define, implement, and maintain protocols to manage quality related incidents.

The pay range for this role is $174,000 - $210,000. Actual compensation is based on many factors including but not limited to depth of experience, skill level, ability, knowledge, education, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total rewards package for this position may also include base, annual incentive plan, benefits, retirement plan, equity, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
