This role will be responsible for helping to manage the Quality and Enablement team within the outbound (fulfillment) operations organization. This includes but is not limited to establishing reports and analyzing KPIs, creating and validating SOPs, partnering with cross functional departments and leaders, analyzing audit reports and identifying anomalies to provide SMART action plans, facilitating onboarding, audits and training as needed. Provide feedback to the fulfillment teams to facilitate a continual evolution and improvement of the outbound customer order fulfillment process.
Initiate and maintain regular communication with stakeholders (i.e. customer service, fulfillment and other operational teams) to resolve and prevent issues and to enhance mutual understanding of processes.
Supervise staff, including scheduling and training, and additional duties as needed.
Ensure all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.

The expected salary range for this role is $59,608.80-$80,912.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
