Inventory Control Supervisor

The Inventory Control Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Inventory Control team. This position ensures the seamless flow of products through the inbound and outbound processing pipeline and establishes and maintains critical metrics for inventory control. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Inventory Control, the Inventory Control Supervisor will engage with employees at all levels across the company, fostering strong cross-functional relationships. As a key member of the asset protection team, this role is essential in maintaining operational efficiency and reducing overall shrink.

What You Get To Do Every Day

• Oversee tasks to minimize inventory shrink exposure - manage workload related to mis-ships, over goods, RTS, donations, and no SKU's
• Oversee a team of exceptions associates and help with delegation of daily tasks
• Conduct audits and spot checks to ensure physical inventory matches system records
• Reconcile inventory written off as shrink
• Implement solutions to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize loss
• Partner with cross functioning departments to provide visibility into inventory exceptions
• Handle escalated product investigation from consignor relations and customer service
• Handle all department reporting and monthly audits including count on hand adjustments
• Assist with building department metrics, goal settings and tools for tracking productivity for operations associates

What You Bring To The Role

• 1 to 2 years work experience in inventory exceptions, product analysis, ecommerce production or related fields
• Roll up the sleeves, action-oriented mindset to have an impact in a fast-paced, rapidly changing and explosive growth environment
• Strong analytical and business intelligence background is preferred
• Strong leadership ability and desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience in ecommerce operations is preferred
• Comfort working with deadlines and metrics
• Must be able to lift heavy boxes up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time

The expected salary range for this role is $57,317.00-$65,504.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package.
