- The Senior Merchandising Manager will own and optimize the assortment strategy and business results for ThirdLove's core categories: Bras, Underwear, and Active.
- This role involves building a line plan that supports key performance indicators and profitable growth.
- The manager will monitor performance across styles, colors, and sizes, proposing strategies to meet financial plans and quarterly targets.
- Collaboration with Design, Sourcing, and Production teams is essential to create new products that align with ThirdLove's brand promise of superior fit and comfort.
- The role requires timely execution of new product launches that meet sales and margin goals while holding the cross-functional team accountable for deadlines.
- The manager will partner with Marketing, Creative, Site, and Digital Product teams to identify opportunities to drive conversion and increase customer loyalty.
- Conducting quarterly returns and exchanges recaps and analyzing retail sales on a monthly basis will be part of the responsibilities.

- The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of merchandising experience in an ecommerce or retail company, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.
