✨ About The Role
- The Senior Operations Manager will oversee all culinary and production operations functions, including ingredient prep, cooking, plating, and pick and pack operations on the East Coast.
- This role requires flexibility, resourcefulness, and an entrepreneurial spirit to transform operations and develop a team.
- Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and mapping kitchen, plate, and pick and pack functions for maximum efficiency and safety.
- The manager will ensure all KPIs across cost, quality, credits, and OTIF are met in accordance with operational plans.
- The role involves identifying and implementing best practices using lean manufacturing principles to improve overall efficiency and quality.
- The Senior Operations Manager will create, institute, and review SOPs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and discipline, adjusting processes and training as needed.
- The position requires supporting internal and external audits and ensuring compliance with food safety and other regulations.
- The manager will foster a culture of inclusion, high performance, accountability, and safety within the team.

- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of progressive people management experience in a fast-paced food production, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
- A proven ability to set and achieve aggressive KPI goals for cost, quality, and productivity is essential for success in this role.
- Strong leadership skills are necessary, with a track record of motivating teams and providing support and feedback to employees at all levels.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, including 5-S, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis, is preferred, along with clear examples of process improvement implementation.
- The candidate should possess clear communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with a tech-savvy approach to everyday tasks and communication.
