- The GL Accounting Manager will lead and manage the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
- The role involves managing a team responsible for various accounting functions, including prepaid expenses and fixed assets.
- The manager will collaborate with FP&A and business partners to maintain accrual balances and assist with budget analyses.
- The position requires supporting internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance, with a CPA preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive accounting experience is required, including management experience.
- Candidates should have at least three years of experience in public accounting, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess strong leadership skills and excel in managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
