The Ops Trainer understands all training materials, conducts training in multiple areas as needed, coaches new team members, initiates cross-training with guidance from leadership, and trains team members on new processes while reinforcing safe work practices. The Ops Trainer also plays an active role in partnering with the Training Manager to assess training needs and suggest new learning solutions. You will thrive in this position if you are open to giving and receiving constructive feedback and committed to training team members and setting them up for success in their role.
As an Ops Trainer, you'll enjoy a flexible work schedule designed to support your work-life balance! While you'll have a primary shift, we'll work with you to accommodate your availability and preferences whenever possible. To help you plan ahead, your Training Manager will provide your schedule at least three weeks in advance. Flexibility to work on an additional shift may be needed to support new hire onboarding, meet operational demands, and ensure a full 40-hour work week. We believe this approach provides a predictable schedule while also allowing us to respond to the ever-changing needs of our business.
