We are excited to announce a new approach to our scheduling that aims to better support our business needs and enhance our training operations. As part of this initiative, the Ops Trainer role will now require a flexible schedule that spans multiple shifts in the DC. We are currently looking for candidates who are available on both PM and Weekend AM OR PM and Weekend PM.
To provide ample notice and allow for planning, the Training Manager will create and share your work schedules three (3) weeks in advance. These schedules will be crafted to align with our business training requirements, while also including approved time off requests. Please be assured that we are committed to accommodating as many of your requests as possible, balancing them with our operational needs. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we transition to this new scheduling system.
The Ops Trainer understands all training materials, conducts training in multiple areas as needed, coaches new team members, initiates cross-training with guidance from leadership, and trains team members on new processes while reinforcing safe work practices. The Ops Trainer also plays an active role in partnering with the Training Manager to assess training needs and suggest new learning solutions. You will thrive in this position if you are open to giving and receiving constructive feedback and committed to training team members and setting them up for success in their role.
