Thuma is seeking a performance-driven Regional Retail Manager to lead and optimize our growing fleet of stores. You are a highly analytical, hands-on operator who understands how to translate strategy into measurable results while maintaining an elevated, hospitality-led guest experience. As an early leader in our retail expansion, you will ensure every location meets and exceeds its performance targets through strong team leadership, operational excellence, and consistent execution of Thuma standards.
Thuma's Headquarters is based in the historic Presidio neighborhood of San Francisco. The role involves three days in the office each week and occasional additional days as needed.
