Refurb Production Crew Member (Seattle Coffee Gear)

POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for positive and highly motivated individual to join our refurbishment crew. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the refurbishment warehouse for a wide array of products. This individual will be primarily responsible for unboxing and processing machines for the beginning of refurbishment process, cleaning and detailing coffee machines on our refurbishment production line but will be also be learning and working in all areas of the refurbishment department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean/detail in-home espresso machines
• Un-box units and prepare for the refurbishing process.
• Wash espresso assembly parts.
• Help with the assembly and packaging process of machines: make boxes, label and barcode.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Be able to sit, bend, stand, move around the warehouse for the majority of the day, and lift items up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis unassisted and possibly more on occasion with assistance.
• Be able to use common refurb tools as well as basic computer applications
• Must be able to read and write in the English language

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of work experience
• Strong attention to detail; motivated self-starter.
• Proven ability and willingness to learn about machines and repair processes.
• Record of consistent attendance, productivity, and performance in previous positions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 to 5 years of technical, operations, warehouse or line experience
• Work experience using inventory management systems.
