In this Site Operations Specialist role you will focus primarily on driving the execution of all Our Promise Growth dealer site initiatives by translating business goals into actionable project plans and ensuring flawless implementation across teams. This role coordinates cross-functional efforts spanning Marketing, eCommerce, Creative, Sales, IT, and Engineering to deliver timely, high-quality website content and functionality.
The Site Operations Specialist will own the content roadmap, manage quarterly refreshes and site updates, oversee staging and publishing processes, and ensure brand consistency across all pages and assets. You will also monitor site performance, report KPIs to leadership, and lead QA efforts to maintain a best-in-class dealer website experience.
In addition, this role supports continuous improvement of website operations, enhances collaboration between teams, and ensures that product and promotional content is delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This position is based in Atlanta, GA, strong preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the Atlanta area. Relocation assistance is not available. This is a Hybrid position where you'll have the ability to work from home Monday and Friday, with in office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
