About The Role
We are currently seeking a team of ambitious Seasonal Customer Support Specialists to join our Customer Service Team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work directly with our customers on the phone, through live chat, and email to place orders, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve outstanding order issues. This is a fully remote position. This position will receive extensive training on a virtual platform to become an expert in our customer service values, processes, and procedures.
This seasonal contract position lasts through December 21 with the potential for extension. Hours will be scheduled based on the needs of the business, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, up to 40 hours. This role requires full-time availability.
