Project Manager, Creative Operations - Remote Eligible

Ursa Major is looking for a passionate Project Manager to support our creative team. This person will help bring key marketing initiatives to life by facilitating an efficient workflow between marketing and creative.

This role will work closely with our creative teams and marketing channel leaders. To thrive in this role, you should have a thorough understanding of internal creative functions (design, copy, photo, and video) and marketing channels (social, email, website). The right person will have a mix of outstanding organizational, creative, and communication skills. You can untangle timelines in your sleep, turn ideas into action items, and manage people & resources to get any project across the finish line.

**This role is considered remote. We are headquartered in VT, with team members all over.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and track the flow of all creative requests, including marketing emails, website needs, campaigns, product launch needs, photo/video production timelines from pre to post production, and miscellaneous creative requests.
• Standardize the creative briefing process, optimizing cross-functional efficiency.
• Help structure content calendars, working heavily in our project management software.
• Translate all major marketing and PR initiatives into clear timelines and action items for creative teams, and ensure projects are tracking against deadlines.
• Track rounds of feedback and facilitate a smooth creative approval process.
• Communicate a clear picture of project statuses to all stakeholders on a regular basis.
