- The Manager of Inventory Planning & Allocation - Outlet will oversee inventory allocation and in-season management across all channels.
- This role involves developing and executing inventory, pricing, allocation, and replenishment strategies for the Outlet division.
- The manager will be responsible for maintaining item/location level inventory plans that align with financial objectives.
- Regular store visits will be required to identify site-specific opportunities and drive cross-functional improvements.
- The position includes analyzing sales and inventory trends to maximize sales, profits, and availability.
- The manager will also assess and improve the systems and tools that support planning and replenishment.

- The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in inventory or merchandise planning, allocation, or supply chain management.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Statistics, or a related field is required.
- The successful individual will demonstrate a proactive approach to developing inventory strategies and processes.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel are essential for this role.
