✨ About The Role
- The Manager of Inventory Planning & Allocation - Outlet will oversee inventory allocation and in-season management across all channels, focusing on the Outlet division.
- This role requires close collaboration with Merchandise Planning and Merchandising teams to develop inventory and pricing strategies that meet financial targets.
- The manager will be responsible for maintaining item/location level inventory plans that support financial objectives for Outlet stores.
- Regular store visits, both in-person and virtual, will be necessary to identify site-specific opportunities and drive cross-functional improvements.
- The position involves analyzing sales and inventory trends to create strategies that maximize sales, profits, and availability.
- The manager will also assess and improve the systems and tools that support planning and replenishment processes.
- Developing and implementing inventory management strategies to support various buy and exit strategies is a key responsibility of this role.

- The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in inventory or merchandise planning, allocation, or supply chain management.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Statistics, or a related field is required for this role.
