- The Merchandising Operations Specialist will support project management for all merchandising initiatives and the internal team calendar.
- This role involves facilitating the implementation and rollout of merchandising responsibilities to cross-functional teams.
- The specialist will partner with the Director to navigate calendar shifts and ensure timely execution of milestones.
- Key Milestone Briefs and One-Pagers will be developed in collaboration with the Operations team.
- Organizing and planning team events for the Merchandising team will also be part of the responsibilities.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in merchandising and/or project management within specialty retail apparel brands.
- A bachelor's degree is required, indicating a foundational knowledge in business or a related field.
- Strong group facilitation skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including analytical and problem-solving abilities, are necessary for navigating challenges.
- The candidate should demonstrate a proven ability to meet deadlines and work under tight time constraints.
