Visual Merchandising Operations Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned Visual Merchandising Operations Specialist that is excited to take their career to the next level with one of the fastest and most exciting apparel brands around! This role is responsible for creating and communicating seasonal visual merchandising strategies and store experience guidelines for Vuori.  This role involves managing the operational processes of the mock store, ensuring alignment with brand standards, and supporting the execution of visual displays in retail environments.  The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and drive brand consistency across all locations.  Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success for this position.

What you'll get to:

• Prepare and organize all processes for the Mock Store, inclusive of sample management, seasonal set-ups, stock room organization, and prepare space for upcoming projects.
• Construct and package all Visual Presentation guides, including photography, graphic design layout, and product documentation.
• Act as a liaison between HQ Store Experience, Field Visual, & Store Operation teams to manage consistency of all communication/direction and translation.  Coordinate deadlines and information from business partners.
• Produce all seasonal communication to the field: inclusive of Product Updates, Standards & Guidelines, Visual Training, and Product Launches.
• Partner with marketing dept on communication/direction all seasonal in-store signage and imagery
• Layout and package all Communication direction using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat Pro DC
• Responsible for leading process to maintain organization of stockroom by directing process of back stocking, purging, and cleaning on an ongoing basis.
• Manage multiple projects at a time with the flexibility of being able to attend to urgent requests and re-prioritize tasks as needed

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
• Must have 3+ years quality field operations and/or field management experience.
• Must have 5+ years retail experience in visual merchandising
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, demonstrates the ability to work cross-functionally and develop business partner relationships across several different functions and teams.
• Must have excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
• Must have exceptional organizational skills to multi-task and execute multiple projects
• Must be proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat Pro DC

The salary range for this role is $80,000 per year - $90,000 per year.
