- The Product Manager II will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of features in collaboration with Engineers, Designers, and the Analytics team.
- This role involves shaping a strategic vision and developing robust systems and features to enhance acquisition, engagement, and monetization strategies.
- The candidate will be responsible for owning key business KPIs related to new member growth, including activation and engagement metrics.
- The role requires continuous prioritization and optimization of feature improvements based on their impact on company goals.
- The Product Manager will conduct in-depth analysis to create compelling business cases for new product ideas and assess the performance of launched features.

- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Growth and/or Product Management, demonstrating a successful track record of collaboration with engineering teams.
- Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to make data-informed decisions independently.
- Experience with subscription products and direct-to-consumer (DTC) business models is preferred, particularly across mobile and web platforms.
- The candidate should possess a strong product sense and customer empathy, translating insights into strategic decisions effectively.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary to convey learnings and opportunities to various stakeholders.
