✨ About The Role
- The Director, Inside Sales and Operations will report directly to the VP of Sales and will be based in Austin, Texas.
- This role is responsible for leading the inside sales and sales operations team, focusing on US Wholesale business.
- Key responsibilities include overseeing the order to fulfillment process and providing analytical insights regarding forecasts, allocation, and inventory levels.
- The position requires monitoring inventory allocation, sales order book, cancellations, returns, discounts, and sell-through to identify trends and opportunities.
- The Director will also manage reporting to support the execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of combined experience in product sales, operations, and analytics within the Consumer Goods Industry.
- A strong background in leading medium-sized teams is essential, with a minimum of 6 years of leadership experience.
- The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to think independently and make strategic decisions.
- Experience in sales planning and reporting, particularly with premium consumer goods sold through various retail channels, is crucial for success in this role.
- The ability to mentor and develop junior team members is important, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
