We're looking for an experienced and strategic eCommerce Operations Specialist to join our YETI.com team. This role is critical in ensuring YETI.com runs efficiently and effectively—from managing inventory and reporting on business trends to leading operational improvements and supporting high-impact projects. The key responsibilities of the eCommerce Operations Specialist are responsible for executing key operational processes, driving cross-functional initiatives, and helping shape the future of our digital flagship. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize product listings, inventory accuracy, and merchandising details across YETI.com.
• Partner with supply chain, planning, and merchandising teams to ensure timely product availability and updates.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

Performance Reporting & Insights

• Own and evolve daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on site performance, category trends, and customer behavior.
• Translate data into actionable insights and partner with stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.
• Support forecasting, planning, and promotional performance analysis.

Website Maintenance & Optimization

• Manage updates to site navigation, product categorization, and homepage content with a focus on UX and conversion.
• Ensure monthly operational tasks and seasonal refreshes are completed accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with UX, content, and development teams to identify and implement site enhancements.

Project Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead and support ad hoc eCommerce projects, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and UX enhancements.
• Act as a key liaison between eCommerce and cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, IT, and category.
• Drive project timelines, stakeholder alignment, and executional excellence with minimal oversight.

Operational Agility & Strategic Support

• Serve as a go-to resource for special projects, troubleshooting, and operational escalations.
• Bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to evolving business needs.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:

• At least five years of experience in eCommerce operations, site merchandising, or digital retail.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker).
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento) is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
