Responsibilities:

• Provide weekly, a 6-weeks rolling capacity forecast per channel to 3 PL's for warehouse staff capacity planning
• Manage and supervise the day-to-day performance and workload of both warehouse operations
• Make sure that deliveries to our customers are according to delivery expectations and within SLA
• Monitor and drive 3PL's performance towards defined KPI's
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to schedule and prioritize daily customer shipments
• Communicate special handling instructions, including labeling and delivery requirements (VAS). Implement and monitor new VAS (Value Added Service) capabilities
• Together with 3PL, review and improve warehouse operational processes and procedures to ensure continuous efficiency improvements and cost savings/reductions
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations Management, Marketing, Customer Service and Distribution Partners to plan and execute to holiday peaks and new product launches
• Bring reliability to our customers/consumers from a delivery experience point of view
• Consistently monitor Inbound and Outbound freight on costs and performance and identify new cost effective alternative solutions
• Review monthly Outbound invoices
• Support and monitor weekly Engraving production, taking into consideration capacity at the different warehouses. Oversee daily Engraving customer order fulfillments by ensuring all scheduled orders are shipped on time
• Support Engraving Customer Service and Sales with shipment tracking and order status updates
• Be a back up for all Logistics and Planning Engraving activities

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Bachelor's Degree equivalence in Supply Chain, Transportation/Logistics or related field
• At least 6 years' experience in supply chain, logistics operations and transportation
• Analytics Software knowledge (eg. Power BI)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge of BrightPearl / SAP or similar ERP system preferred
• Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Decisions based on fact and analysis
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in English to interact effectively and efficiently with different stakeholders
• Must have the right to work in the Netherlands at the time of application.
