The Reverse Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the operational processes for customer returns. This includes providing guidance to our 3PL partners in North America, executing the day-to-day transaction of return exceptions, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating data within the YETI supply chain network. The Reverse Supply Chain Analyst will then use this information to highlight risk and recommend changes within YETI and our partners to ensure the delivery of a world class customer return process. A blend of entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to influence will be hallmarks of the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the reverse logistics process, encompassing product returns, repack, rework, and disposition of product to disposal or YETI Rescues
• Collaborate with third-party service providers and internal partners to ensure a seamless, timely disposition and cost-effective reverse supply chain
• Partner with cross-functional teams and YETI partners to perform rework activities in accordance with YETI quality standards and compliance
• Partner with YETI Environmental, Social and Governance team and YETI partners to support YETI Rescues including continuous improvement initiatives
• Facilitate KPI reporting within YETI reverse supply chain area and recommend actions to address performance challenges
• Develop dashboards to report RMA, Return to Stock, cost savings and 3PL metrics
• Identify and implement cost saving opportunities and propose cost estimates in collaboration with cross-functional partners and YETI partners
• Effectively keep team on task and influence process change resulting in improved customer experience
• Utilize, maintain, and leverage statistical models, analyses, and reports to identify cost and service improvements
• Run daily and weekly reports to support YETI Reverse Supply Chain business processes
• Maintains data feeds and data pool within Tableau and create customized reports
• Work cross-functionally to analyze data and metrics

Qualifications and Attributes:

• 2 - 4 years' experience in Supply Chain Operations
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2 years in a data analyst function
• Highly detail oriented, organized, and meticulous
• Solid understanding of supply chain metrics with a focus on quality and logistics
• Knowledge of Tableau, Qlik or other Business Intelligence solutions
• Familiar with Supply Chain Management, Fulfillment, Inventory Management and 3PL Operations
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on Excel
