- The Director, Inside Sales and Operations will lead the inside sales and sales operations team for the US Wholesale business. - This role involves overseeing the order to fulfillment process and supporting sales leadership with analytical insights regarding forecasts and inventory levels. - The Director will be responsible for US product allocation and customer fulfillment prioritization. - The position requires monitoring inventory allocation, sales order book, cancellations, returns, discounts, and sell-through to identify trends and opportunities. - The role includes developing effective business review processes and delivering sales pipeline reporting and dashboards to measure performance.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of combined experience in product sales, operations, and analytics within the Consumer Goods Industry. - A strong background in leading medium-sized teams is essential, with a minimum of 6 years in a leadership role. - The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to think independently and make strategic decisions. - Experience in sales planning and reporting for premium consumer goods sold through both national and independent retailers is crucial for success. - The candidate should have a proactive attitude and exceptional organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
