- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a comparable field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in forecasting, supply planning, production planning, or a similar supply chain role is required.
- The candidate should possess at least 2 years of leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to guide and develop a team.
- Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and modeling, is necessary to manage inventory effectively.
- The candidate should be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires continual multi-tasking and prioritization.
- Experience with SAP/IBP and APICS certification is preferred, indicating a strong background in supply chain management.
