- The Purchasing Supervisor will oversee the procurement of materials for domestic manufacturing.

- Maintaining visibility of materials in transit between suppliers, contract manufacturers, and the Bozeman warehouse is a key responsibility.
- The supervisor will work closely with production coordinators and contract manufacturers to address material shortages.
- Facilitating weekly meetings with internal stakeholders to update materials transit and inventory status is part of the job.
- The role includes supervising warehouse associates involved in materials inspection, receiving, and distribution.
- Additional tasks may include receiving goods and addressing quality match issues with vendors and contractors.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing or inventory management.
- A high school diploma or GED is required, with a preference for candidates with further education.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Suite is essential.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, particularly NetSuite, is preferred.
- The candidate should possess excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial for success in this role.
- The ability to work collaboratively as a team player is important.
- Willingness to travel domestically as needed, though less than 10% of the time, is required.
