- The Supply Chain Analyst II will analyze and optimize supply chain processes to enhance performance and achieve operational goals.
- Responsibilities include creating, modifying, and deploying Supply Chain specific reports and dashboards primarily utilizing Tableau.
- The role involves ensuring that reports and dashboards accurately reflect requested data and are presented in an easily digestible format.
- The analyst will partner closely with the Data Warehouse team for support with reporting requirements.
- The position requires developing a strong understanding of YETI’s Supply Chain systems and data environment.
- The analyst will complete ad-hoc reports, analysis, and benchmarking requests for Supply Chain leaders and project teams.
- Participation in or leading complex cross-functional projects is expected, helping with analyses that yield critical answers to strategic questions.
- The role involves applying critical thinking to data findings to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and savings.

- A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in supply chain analysis or a related role is essential for success in this position.
- Proven experience utilizing Tableau for reporting and data visualization is necessary, along with strong skills in other data visualization tools.
- The ideal candidate should have advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Excellent attention to detail is crucial, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and outliers in data analysis.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are important for presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- A continuous improvement mindset and experience in driving process optimization will be beneficial.
