Here at Zola, we're seeking an exceptional Marketplace Strategy and Operations Director, Zola for Vendors to help drive our fast-growing Vendor Marketplace platform. This business is at an exciting stage of growth. We're looking for a collaborative, scrappy, analytical problem-solver who can help grow this critical area of Zola's business. You'll report directly to the GM & SVP of Vendor Marketplace, and you'll partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and many other teams at Zola.
Our ideal candidate has a track record of success in roles at growing companies, ideally at a Marketplace with B2B Sales Org. You love both building and optimizing, and both strategizing and executing. You are a structured and creative thinker, able to toggle easily between the big themes and the little details. You love data and customer insights, you are equally comfortable in Excel and Powerpoint, and you can prove your ability to learn new systems quickly. And you love working with kind, smart colleagues who share a commitment to putting the customer first!
You'll be responsible for:
Deeply understanding our Wedding Vendor customer group and thinking creatively about how to serve them better
Qualifications:
The salary range for this role is $155,000 - $175,000. This full-time role will be hybrid at our office in NYC (Tuesdays & Thursdays).
